By accessing or using PulsaSuite (a service provided by Shishwa Technologies), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PulsaSuite provides free browser-first online productivity tools, business document generators, AI-assisted content tools, and developer APIs.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
• You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, spamming, malicious automated calls, or unauthorized system access.

4. Credits, Billing & Payments

Certain AI utilities and API endpoints require credits. Free accounts receive daily non-rollover credits. Paid subscriptions may provide higher limits and additional plan benefits.

Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals at any time; paid access remains available through the current subscription period. Prices and credit allocation terms may be updated with reasonable advance notice.

5. Intellectual Property & Document Ownership

You retain full ownership of any text, images, files, or document outputs created using our local tools. Shishwa Technologies claims no ownership over your generated business documents or formatted data.

6. Limitation of Liability

PulsaSuite and Shishwa Technologies provide the platform "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our tools.
