Inspect an API response
Use formatting to inspect nested API data; use minification when you need compact JSON. Neither operation validates an API schema or checks whether the values are correct for your application.
Start with a task, try a small example, and check the output before using it. These guides explain the tools available today—including what they do not do.
Sharing a document: use PDF Split to extract selected pages. For example, 1-3,5 creates a four-page PDF. Open the download to check its order. Extraction is not redaction: do not assume annotations or confidential content on included pages have been removed.
Debugging an API: format a sample JSON response to inspect its structure, then compare the expected field types with your API contract. If a value is Base64, decode it as a separate step. Formatting does not authenticate a response, and encoding does not encrypt it.
Sending a business document: prepare the invoice, check its totals and recipient, then save a PDF locally. Download before closing the form; the business document tools are not a cloud document archive.

Base64 represents bytes as text for transport. It is not encryption and does not protect a password, API key, or private document from someone who can read the encoded value.
A hash is a fixed-length fingerprint of the exact input bytes. It can help compare two copies of text, but a matching checksum from an untrusted source is not proof of who wrote the content.
Use a complete HTTPS address when the code should open a website. Plain text is also allowed, but a phone may display that text instead of offering to open a browser.
Start with the original photograph and try a quality setting around 80. Compare fine details such as hair, text, and hard edges before deciding whether the smaller file is acceptable.
Choose UUID v4 for random identifiers, or UUID v7 when a timestamp-leading identifier suits your storage design. The version changes the identifier structure, not the permissions of a record.
Paste the final plain-text draft, including headings if the destination counts them. The tool reports words and characters separately because submission limits may use either measurement.
Gather the seller and buyer details, invoice number, dates, item quantities, unit prices, and agreed payment terms before filling the form. Use a consistent invoice numbering system outside this tool.
