Practical guide
Prepare and keep an invoice copy
Gather the seller and buyer details, invoice number, dates, item quantities, unit prices, and agreed payment terms before filling the form. Use a consistent invoice numbering system outside this tool.
Worked example
Two units at ₹500 each produce a ₹1,000 subtotal before tax or discounts. Review the line amounts and final total in the preview, then choose Print or Download PDF and select Save as PDF in the browser dialog.
Check the result
Open the saved PDF and check page breaks, currency, customer details, and tax figures before sending it. Keep your own copy and a record of payments. The form is not an accounting ledger and does not send the invoice to the customer.
Limitations to know
Unsaved edits can be lost when you leave or reload. Cloud saving is optional: explicitly save a draft in Saved documents, or download your own copy. A generated document does not certify tax compliance, file a return, or produce an e-invoice registration number. Confirm the requirements that apply to your business with a qualified adviser.

Signed-in Free users can save 1 company and 1 customer profile in this tool. Pro saves 2 companies and up to 20 customers. Cloud saving is optional: select Save in Saved documents to keep a draft, separately from reusable profiles. Free saves one draft per document tool; Pro has an account-wide 500-document limit. Manual entry and download remain available.
Is my invoice data private?
Invoice editing and print preparation take place in your browser. Profiles and document drafts are stored privately under your account only when you explicitly save them. Issuing a saved document stores an immutable snapshot; it does not send the invoice or confirm payment. You control any copies you download or share.
What invoice formats are available?
You can download your invoice as a PDF through your browser's print dialog, or print it directly. The template is professionally designed and prints on standard A4 paper.
Can I add my logo?
The current template includes your business name and contact details. It does not offer logo uploads or a template selector.
