Separately, explicitly save a purchase-order draft in Saved documents: Free includes one draft per document tool; Pro has an account-wide 500-document limit. Other suppliers can still be entered manually for free.
What is a purchase order?
A purchase order (PO) is a commercial document issued by a buyer to a supplier authorizing and specifying the details of a purchase. It indicates the type, quantity, and agreed price of goods or services.
What is the difference between a PO and an invoice?
A purchase order is issued by the buyer BEFORE the purchase to authorize it. An invoice is issued by the supplier AFTER delivering to request payment. The PO confirms the order; the invoice bills for it.
Is this purchase order generator free?
